New Downsizing Opportunity for Karibu Residents in Brent!
Karibu Community Homes partners with Brent Council to support residents looking to move to smaller homes
We’re pleased to share the news that we have formed an exciting new partnership with Brent Council to support our residents who are thinking about downsizing.
Through Brent Council’s Downsize Incentive Scheme, Karibu residents living in the borough of Brent now have the opportunity to receive financial incentives when moving to a smaller home.
What’s on offer?
Residents who successfully downsize can receive:

£5,000 for giving up one bedroom

£10,000 for giving up two bedrooms
-
And more for additional rooms
There are also extra incentives available for residents living in larger or specially adapted properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for residents looking to move into a home that better suits their current needs, while also helping make larger homes available for families who need them.
