Download My Karibu app from App Store or Google Play Store today! Follow all the steps below.
Please note:
My Karibu app is currently available to former Inquilab residents, and we're working hard to extend access to former Westway residents. Once the app is ready for you, we'll let you know so you can activate your account and join the competition.
My Karibu app offers a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for all your tenancy needs. Here's what you can do with the app:
- Make rent payments: Pay your rent quickly and easily with secure in-app transactions.
- Request repairs: Submit repair requests directly through the app and track their progress in real-time.
- Message Karibu customer service: Have a question or need assistance? Contact our friendly customer service team directly from the app.
- Receive news and updates: Stay informed with the latest news and updates from Karibu regarding your community and important announcements.
- Complete surveys: Help improve our services by completing a quick surveys.
How do I get the app on my smartphone?
1. Download the My Karibu App
- Android users: My Karibu - Apps on Google Play
- iOS users: Karibu on the App Store (apple.com)
2. Activate Your Account
- Locate your activation email: An email from no-reply@karibu.org.uk was sent to you with your activation code and app download links. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Open the My Karibu app and select “Activate Account.”
- Enter the email associated with your activation code and input the code exactly as shown in the email.
- Set a password that meets security requirements (at least 8 characters, including one capital letter, one number, and one special character).
- Log in with your email and password to complete activation.
3. Stay Updated
- Ensure you’re using the latest version of the My Karibu app. Visit the app store to check for updates.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Didn’t receive an activation email? Check your spam folder, or confirm you’re looking at the correct email account. If you already have an active account, simply log in with your credentials.
- Activation code issues? Make sure you’re on the activation screen in the app and entering the code precisely as in your email. Double-check you’re using the correct email address for activation.
- Forgotten password? Use the ‘Forgot Password’ option in the app to reset it. This will generate a new activation code via email.
