Our corporate plan 2025-28

We’re pleased to share our Corporate Plan for 2025–2028 with you. This plan sets out our key priorities and ambitions for the next three years, shaped by the feedback of our residents, staff, and wider stakeholders. It’s an important step in building a stronger, more responsive, and resident-focused organisation.

Since we became Karibu Community Homes, we have committed to delivering better services, investing more in homes, and creating a workplace that supports and attracts great people. This plan is a continuation of that promise.

The Corporate Plan is built around four clear strategic priorities:

• Quality and Safe Homes

• Great Place to Work

• High-Performing Business

We’ve listened carefully to what matters most to you—whether it’s safer homes, better repairs, clear communication, or more meaningful engagement. The plan outlines how we will contact all residents to update support needs, invest in over 500 kitchens and bathrooms, improve our energy efficiency, and ensure resident voices are heard at the highest levels of decision-making.

This corporate plan affects you directly and that’s why we’re encouraging every resident to read it carefully. It explains what we’re working on, what you can expect from us, and how we’ll measure our progress.

We’ve also made a simple glossary (link to it can be found on the last page of the document) to help explain any unfamiliar terms so that the document is easy to follow and understand.
