Sandra Skeete became Interim Chief Executive of Karibu Community Homes on 1st October 2026.
Director of Customers and Communities
Gary Clark
Gary is our Director of Customers and Communities. His career in housing spans over 20 years working in senior operational and executive level roles in small, medium, and large housing associations mainly in London and the Southeast. Gary is also a board and committee member of an East London Housing Association and outside of work is an FA qualified youth football coach. Gary is also the officer responsible for compliance with the consumer standards and complaints.

Michael Chinn
Michael Chinn became Interim Director of Finance & Resources of Karibu Community Homes on 1st October 2026.
Director of Asset Management & Development
Jeffrey Boateng
Jeffrey Boateng became Director of Asset Management & Development of Karibu Community Homes on 14th July 2026.
Jeffrey is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) and a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM), reflecting his outstanding achievements and commitment to the sector. His leadership approach combines robust strategic planning with a resident-first focus, closely aligning with Karibu’s commitment to delivering high-quality housing and creating sustainable communities.
