Our office opening hours and contact information during Christmas period
As the festive season approaches, we would like to inform you of our office hours over the Christmas and New Year period.
Office Opening Hours
- Christmas Eve (24th December): Our office will close early at 2 PM.
- Christmas Day (25th December) to New Year’s Day (1st January): The office will remain closed.
- Reopening Date: Normal operations will resume on Thursday, 2nd January 2025.
Support during the Holiday period
Even though our office will be closed, our residents’ safety remains to our priority. We will provide an Out-of-Hours Support Service during this time for:
- Urgent Repairs: Addressing emergencies that cannot wait until the office reopens.
- Emergencies: Providing immediate assistance in critical situations.
To reach our Out-of-Hours Support Service, please call 020 8607 7777. Once connected, you'll be prompted to choose between Pinnacle (for former Westway residents) or Chigwell (for former Inquilab residents). You'll then be quickly directed to the appropriate contractor, ready to provide immediate assistance.
