The festive season is here, and we know it’s tempting to spend a little extra on gifts and celebrations. But using your rent money for Christmas treats can lead to serious regrets in the New Year.

Every year, many residents fall behind on rent and service charge payments (for leaseholders) after the holidays, and catching up can be stressful and costly. Don’t make 2026 memorable for the wrong reasons. Protect your home and peace of mind by prioritising your rent first.

Seven easy Ways to Pay Your Rent and Service Charge (for Leaseholders)

1. My Karibu App
Quick, secure, and convenient! Log in and pay your rent anytime, anywhere.

2. Web Portal
Prefer using a browser? Our Web Portal uses the same login details as the My Karibu app. You can pay your rent and view your rent history online.

3. Direct Debit or Mobile Banking
The easiest way to stay on track! Set up a direct debit and we’ll update your payments each year automatically. Contact our Income Team today to get started.

4. Standing Order
Set up a regular payment from your bank to ours. Just make sure you include your Tenancy Reference Number in the payment reference.

5. Debit Card Payment
Call us on 0208 607 7777 to make a payment over the phone.

6. Allpay Card
Pay at Post Offices or any shop displaying a PayPoint sign.

7. Bank Transfer
For one-off transfers, use these details and include your Tenancy Reference Number:

Need Help? Apply for the Karibu Hardship Fund
