Seven easy Ways to Pay Your Rent and Service Charge (for Leaseholders)
1. My Karibu App
Quick, secure, and convenient! Log in and pay your rent anytime, anywhere.
2. Web Portal
Prefer using a browser? Our Web Portal uses the same login details as the My Karibu app. You can pay your rent and view your rent history online.
3. Direct Debit or Mobile Banking
The easiest way to stay on track! Set up a direct debit and we’ll update your payments each year automatically. Contact our Income Team today to get started.
4. Standing Order
Set up a regular payment from your bank to ours. Just make sure you include your Tenancy Reference Number in the payment reference.
5. Debit Card Payment
Call us on 0208 607 7777 to make a payment over the phone.
6. Allpay Card
Pay at Post Offices or any shop displaying a PayPoint sign.
7. Bank Transfer
For one-off transfers, use these details and include your Tenancy Reference Number:

Need Help? Apply for the Karibu Hardship Fund
If you’re struggling, we’re here to help. You can apply for financial support of up to £500 through our Hardship Fund. This can be used for essential needs like white goods or to reduce your rent arrears (deducted directly from your rent account).
