Chief Executive Officer
Ricky Scipio
Ricky Scipio became Chief Executive of Karibu Community Homes on 1st October 2024.

Previously, he was chief executive of Westway Housing Association for 23 years before it's merger with Inquilab Housing Association. Ricky is responsible for the performance, development and financial viability of the Association within the strategic direction set by the Board. Prior to joining Karibu, Ricky was Housing Director for a leading London Association responsible for over 5,000 homes. His portfolio covered, tenancy management, income collection, asset management, supported housing and community development. Ricky was also a board member of one of the largest RP’s in the country.
Director of Customers and Communities
Gary Clark

Gary is our Director of Customers and Communities. His career in housing spans over 20 years working in senior operational and executive level roles in small, medium, and large housing associations mainly in London and the Southeast. Gary is also a board and committee member of an East London Housing Association and outside of work is an FA qualified youth football coach. Gary is also the officer responsible for compliance with the consumer standards and complaints.
Director of Finance & Resources
Previn Tailor

The Finance Department is led by the leadership of Previn Tailor who is a fully qualified Accountant with vast knowledge and experience within the housing and blue chip private sectors. Previn’s leadership ensures that the association financial management is of the highest standards and quality, therefore providing accurate information to our stakeholders and Board of Management for making decisions and strategic planning.
Director of Assets & Development
Keith Meredith

Keith has extensive experience in property-related services, including asset management, repairs, property compliance, and general customer services. He has worked across both the public and private sectors, with over 35 years in public services and the last 20 years focused on social housing. Keith also serves as a Board Director for a West Country housing association that provides homes for local people.
