Easter 2025 Bank Holiday Arrangements
We wish all our residents a very happy and joyful Easter!
Please note the following arrangements for the long Easter weekend:
Head Office Closure:
Our head office will be closed from Friday, 18th April to Monday, 21st April. Our last working day is Thursday, 17th April, and we will reopen on Tuesday, 22nd April.
Emergency Repairs:
During the closure, emergency repairs will be handled by our contractors only.
- If you require an emergency repair, please call 020 8607 7777.
- A recorded message will guide you to our out-of-hours service.
- You’ll be prompted to select Pinnacle (for former Westway residents) or Chigwell (for former Inquilab residents) and then directed to the appropriate contractor for immediate assistance.
Reporting Anti-Social Behaviour:
For incidents during our office closure, please call the ASB Respect Line at 0800 0756699.
- If the situation is urgent or involves a crime in progress, dial 999 immediately.
Non-Urgent Queries:
For all non-urgent matters, please use our Connect with Us form HERE. We will respond to app messages and emails as soon as possible once we reopen on Tuesday, 22nd April.
