Don’t let the perfect Christmas cost you your home

Over the Christmas period, please ensure you pay your rent on time.

Using rent money to pay for Christmas extras might seem like a good idea at the time. However, every year, many people regret their choices when they find themselves in arrears in the New Year. Don’t make 2025 memorable for all the wrong reasons. Don’t risk losing your home—always prioritise paying your rent first.

Five easy ways to pay your rent:

  • My Karibu App – Easily make quick and secure rent payments through the app (Please note: My Karibu app is currently available to former Inquilab residents, and we're working hard to extend access to former Westway residents. Once the app is ready for you, we'll let you know so you can activate your account and join the competition)
  • By direct debit or mobile banking – If you opt for a direct debit, we will update your payments for you each year. It is the quickest and easiest way to pay your rent. Please contact the Income Team to get set up now.
  • Debit card payment – Call 0208 607 7777
  • Your Allpay card – At Post Offices or anywhere displaying a PayPoint sign
  • By making a one-off transfer from your bank to ours.
