Easter Bank Holiday Weekend: Office Closure & Out‑of‑Hours Support
As the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend approaches, we would like to inform you of our office opening hours during this period.
Office Opening Hours
- Thursday 2 April: Our office will operate as normal.
- Good Friday (Friday 3 April): Office Closed
- Easter Monday (Monday 6 April): Office Closed
Our office will be closed from Good Friday (3 April) through Easter Monday (6 April), including the weekend.
Reopening Date
Normal operations will resume on Tuesday 7 April 2026.
Support During the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend
Even though our office will be closed, our residents’ safety remains our priority. An Out‑of‑Hours Support Service will be available throughout the Easter Bank Holiday for:
- Urgent Repairs – emergencies that cannot wait until the office reopens
- Emergency Situations – where immediate assistance is required
To contact our Out‑of‑Hours Support Service, please call 020 8607 7777. Once connected, you will be prompted to select:
- EcoSafe – for Damp & Mould issues (for all residents)
- Pinnacle – for former Westway residents
- Chigwell – for former Inquilab residents
You will then be quickly directed to the appropriate contractor for immediate assistance.
For non‑urgent queries, please use our Contact With Us form here. We will respond as soon as possible once the office reopens on Tuesday 7 April 2026.
