Investment Programme Delivers Major Home Upgrades for 2025–26 — With More to Come

Residents across our communities are already seeing the benefits of a major programme of home improvements. The 2025–26 Investment Planned Programme has delivered significant upgrades to hundreds of homes.

Over the past year, £2.8 million has been invested to improve the quality, safety and comfort of homes. The focus has been on essential upgrades that make a real difference to everyday living.

Key improvements in 2025–26

So far, we’ve completed:

  • 53 new kitchens – creating modern, practical spaces for cooking and family time
  • 83 new bathrooms – improving comfort and accessibility
  • 65 new boilers – helping to keep homes warm and energy efficient
  • 87 upgraded windows and doors – improving insulation and security
  • 170 new fire doors – strengthening safety across our homes

These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to providing safe, comfortable and high-quality homes that residents can feel proud of.

Putting residents first

Success isn’t just about numbers – it’s about how these improvements make a difference in your day-to-day life. Whether it’s a warmer home in winter, a modern kitchen, or added safety features, the programme has been designed with residents in mind.
