We’re thrilled to announce an exciting raffle for My Karibu app users, running from 7th October to 31st December 2024! Six lucky residents will win a £50 Amazon voucher each.*
How to Enter:
To participate, simply download and activate the My Karibu app by following these easy steps:
1. Download the My Karibu App
2. Activate Your Account
- Locate your activation email: An email from no-reply@karibu.org.uk was sent to you with your activation code and app download links. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Open the My Karibu app: select “Activate Account.”
- Enter your email: use your email address associated with your activation code and input the code exactly as shown in the email.
- Set a password: ensure your password meets security requirements (at least 8 characters, including one capital letter, one number, and one special character).
- Log in: use your email and password to complete activation.
3. Stay Updated
Ensure you’re using the latest version of the My Karibu app. Visit the app store to check for updates.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Didn’t receive an activation email? Check your spam folder, or confirm you’re looking at the correct email account. If you already have an active account, simply log in with your credentials.
- Activation code issues? Make sure you’re on the activation screen in the app and entering the code precisely as in your email. Double-check you’re using the correct email address for activation.
- Forgotten password? Use the ‘Forgot Password’ option in the app to reset it. This will generate a new activation code via email.

- My Karibu app is currently available to former Inquilab residents, and we're working hard to extend access to former Westway residents. Once the app is ready for you, we'll let you know so you can activate your account and join the competition.
