Karibu strengthens Damp & Mould Compliance through New Partnership with Ecosafe Group
We are proud to announce a new partnership with Ecosafe Group to deliver a dedicated Damp and Mould Remediation Service across our homes, a key step in our ongoing commitment to resident safety, wellbeing, and compliance with the latest housing regulations, including Awaab’s Law.
The new contract, launched on Monday, 10th November 2025, will ensure that damp and mould issues are tackled swiftly and effectively across Karibu properties. Ecosafe will carry out data-driven inspections, detailed surveys, and expert remedial works to identify and resolve the root causes of damp and mould, while helping to prevent future recurrences.
Using advanced diagnostic tools and a holistic approach that considers ventilation, insulation, and structural factors, Ecosafe’s qualified technicians will provide long-lasting, high-quality solutions that put resident wellbeing at the forefront.

Residents will benefit from prompt, professional visits by Ecosafe’s experienced team, including home surveys, hygiene and prevention advice, and ongoing support. All Ecosafe staff will carry full identification for reassurance, and referrals will be handled through a streamlined reporting process for efficient action and communication.
