Karibu Tenant & Household Survey 2025 – Your Input Matters

As part of our effort to validate customer records, we are inviting you to take part in the Karibu Tenant & Household Survey 2025, which is being carried out on our behalf by Acuity Research & Practice—a trusted research company specialising in social housing.
Why are we conducting this survey?
We want to keep our records up to date and ensure that our services meet your needs. This survey is similar to a housing census, collecting important information about your household so we can improve how we communicate with you, make our services more accessible, and ensure fairness in everything we do.
We understand that we have asked similar questions in the past, and we truly appreciate your previous responses. However, people’s circumstances can change, and we want to ensure we are working with the most accurate and up-to-date information to provide you with the best possible support.
What kind of questions will be included?
The survey will cover tenant and household details, including demographic information. This helps us understand who lives in our homes and whether there are any specific needs we should be aware of. If you do not feel comfortable answering a particular question, you will always have the option to select ‘Prefer not to say.’
Who are Acuity?
Acuity are an independent research company that has worked with housing providers for over 26 years. They specialise in tenant surveys and are registered with the Market Research Society and Information Commissioner’s Office, ensuring that your data is handled securely and confidentially.
Acuity have been our survey partner for the last three years, and as an independent research company, they ensure impartiality in gathering and analysing the feedback we receive.
How will the survey work?
The survey will run for nine weeks from March to May 2025 and will close by the end of May 2025.
- If we have your email address, you will receive an email with a survey link in March.
- You may also receive a text message with a link to complete the survey.
- If you haven’t responded, Acuity will send you a paper survey in April, including a QR code to complete it online.
- As a final step, Acuity may call you from 0203 769 2557 to help you complete the survey over the phone.
All phone calls will take place Monday to Friday (9am – 8pm) and Saturday (10am – 6pm). If you miss a call, you can ring back and hear a recorded message confirming that Acuity contacted you on our behalf.
Your participation matters!
Taking part is completely voluntary, but your responses will directly influence how we improve our services. Thank you for taking the time to share your views and help shape Karibu’s future.
