Neighbourhood Budget 2026/27: Have Your Say!
We’re gearing up to plan the Neighbourhood Budget for 2026/27, and we want your ideas to help shape the future of our estates.
This is your chance to influence improvements that make our community safer, greener, and more welcoming.
What kind of enhancements could we consider?
Here are a few examples to spark your imagination:
- Secure gates and fencing
- Beautiful horticultural upgrades
- Added security with CCTV installation
- Brighter, safer spaces through communal lighting improvements
- Clear and helpful signage
We know we can’t do everything at once, but we’ll prioritise projects based on need and impact. Final decisions will be made by the Tenant Committee, ensuring your voice is heard.
How to Share Your Ideas
If you have a proposal, please email Housing@karibu.org.uk by 28th February 2026 with:
- Your address
- The improvement you’re requesting
- Why it matters and the difference it will make
