New Damp & Mould Contractor Appointed - Service Launches Monday 10th November 2025

We’re pleased to announce that we have appointed a new specialist contractor, Ecosafe Group, who will now be your first point of contact for any damp and mould issues within your home.
This new service has been in development for several months in preparation for the launch of Awaab’s Law, which came into effect on 27th October 2025.
🗓️ Service Launch Date: Monday 10th November 2025
Ecosafe will ask a few specific questions and may request photos to help assess your report. Based on this information, they’ll determine whether your case falls into a 24-hour or 10-day attendance priority category.
We’re committed to keeping your home safe, healthy, and compliant with the latest legislation. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Please note:
When Ecosafe operatives visit your property, they will be wearing a clearly visible ID badge.

This is to ensure you can easily identify them as authorised personnel working on behalf of Karibu.
