Our Kensal Road office is now permanently closed
Please visit our Kew Bridge office for future visits and appointments now our Kensal Road office is permanently closed.
Dear residents,
It has been a long road and journey navigating through the challenges within the sector and our commitment to continually deliver excellent service putting the needs of our customers at the forefront of our dealings is unwavering. We have achieved great success with your support and still navigating through the challenges however one thing that remains unchangeable is our commitment to deliver bespoke service that best serves our wider community.
Further to our communication with you and the merger that took place on 1st April 2024, we are sorry to announce that our Kensal Road office is now permanently closed. Our last day at the Kensal Road office was on 19th of July 2024. We have relocated our head office to Kew Bridge, and we have been carrying out all operations from there.
Be rest assured that service delivery will not be affected in any way and staff will be available on the phone to answer any queries you might have. If you choose to visit us, our office address is below.
