A positive step forward in our governance and viability
We are delighted to share our latest regulatory judgement, published by the Regulator of Social Housing on 18 December 2024.
This judgement reflects our ongoing efforts to deliver exceptional services and maintain strong operational standards for the benefit of our residents and communities.
Governance rating: G1 – Meeting the highest standards
We have achieved a G1 rating for governance, the highest possible rating. This recognition underscores our commitment to sound leadership, transparency, and effective decision-making. It highlights the strength of our governance framework, ensuring that we continue to operate with integrity and accountability at all levels.
Viability rating: V2 – Supporting sustainable growth
The V2 rating acknowledges that we meet all viability requirements, demonstrating our ability to manage financial challenges effectively while pursuing ambitious goals. Our increased investments in enhancing energy efficiency for existing homes, as well as the development of new housing, are evidence of our dedication to creating sustainable and high-quality living environments.
These investments, coupled with our integration following the merger of Inquilab and Westway in April 2024, have strengthened our capacity to deliver for our residents.
Achieving more for our communities
We now proudly manage over 1,900 homes across West London. This growth has allowed us to expand our services, invest in housing quality, and respond to the evolving needs of our residents. The regulatory judgement highlights these achievements as milestones in our journey of progress.
Our commitment to excellence
We are fully committed to building on this positive judgement by maintaining strong governance, ensuring financial resilience, and continuing to prioritise the well-being of our residents. Our focus remains on:
- Delivering high-quality housing and services.
- Enhancing sustainability through energy-efficient investments.
- Growing our housing portfolio to meet community needs.
Thank you to our residents, staff, and partners for your trust and support. Together, we will continue to build a brighter future for everyone in our communities.
