We proudly hosted our Annual Resident Conference in Victoria Hall, Harrow on 22 November 2025, welcoming residents from across our communities. It was wonderful to see so many of you join us. Your energy, ideas, and honest feedback shaped the day and helped spark meaningful conversations about how we can continue improving our services and strengthening our community.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all Karibu staff who went above and beyond to support residents throughout the event. Your dedication and teamwork were instrumental in making the day a success.

We are also grateful to our Board members for taking the time to speak with residents, listen to their experiences, and engage in important discussions.

A special thank-you goes to our contractors - Chigwell Group, MNM Property Services, and Village Heating, for attending the conference and connecting directly with residents.

Finally, we would like to express our appreciation to Victoria Hall, Harrow, for providing a wonderful space to host this year’s event.
