We’re Investing over £3.2 Million in Your Homes This Year
At Karibu, our unwavering commitment is to provide homes that are safe, energy-efficient, and comfortable — and we're delivering on that promise.
In May 2025, we unveiled our bold £10 million investment programme, running from 2025 to 2028, including £9.6 million worth of planned improvements informed by residents' needs and a comprehensive stock condition survey conducted in 2024/25.
This Year’s Progress (2025/26)
How much are we investing this year?
For the current financial year, we are investing over £3.2 million as part of our multi-year commitment. Homes included in this year’s programme have already received letters, ensuring residents know what to expect and when.
This year’s works are part of our wider Corporate Plan 2025–2028, which sets ambitious improvement targets:

New windows and doors in over 800 homes

New kitchens and bathrooms in over 500 homes

Over 100 boiler and heating system replacements
While these figures span the three-year programme, hundreds of homes are already benefiting from improvements during 2025/26.
